Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned documents. But the petitioner's counsel makes serious allegations relating the manner in which the document was executed and registered. Since the document is of the year 2006, the first respondent cannot be directed to apply the subsequently issued circulars and pass order. It is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court for protection of his rights in a manner known to law. Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition stands disposed of.
