Learner, counsel appearing for the 1st respondent brought to the notice of this court that the main suit in O.S.No.26 of 2011 was already disposed of by the learned Trial court by an order dated 18.02.2020. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the case status as such placed before this court by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, this court is convinced the main suit itself is already disposed of as stated by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the Civil Revision
