Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa2/39993/2013 dated 01.02.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

The Contempt Petition has been filed, persuant to an order in W.P(MD)No.3185 of 2018, dated 14.03.2018, challenging the said order, as on date W.A(MD)No.207 of 2020, is now pending before the Division Bench.

CONT.P.(MD)No.1111 of 2018 2.It will only be prudent that parties await orders of the Division Bench and then, move forward.

3.If there is again a violation, then the petitioner can always file a fresh Contempt Petition. If there is no violation and the grievance of the petitioner's is addressed, then, nothing survives for adjudication, giving that liberty to the petitioner to await the orders of the Writ Appellate Court which, is only appropriate, and the present Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
