The instant writ petition has been filed by a watchman working in the fourth respondent home seeking a Mandamus to implement the 6th pay commission recommendations with effect from 01.01.2006, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2024. 2/4

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers reveals that seeking the above said benefits, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent herein on 30.09.2024. Since, the same has not yet been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 30.09.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
