..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to provide the exact and clear information in nutshell to the petitioner for her petition dated 17.02.2022 made U/s. 6(1) of the Right to Information Act 2005 to the 3rd respondent and in compliance of the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 20.06.2022 iSA.9092/SCIC/2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to provide exact and clear information in a nutshell to the petitioner, with reference to her petition dated 17.02.2022, as per the order passed by the first respondent in S.A. No.9092/SCIC/2022 dated 20.06.2022.

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that, subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, a final order was passed by the first respondent on 12.11.2024, recording that the information sought by the petitioner had been furnished by the third respondent. A copy of the said order was also produced before this Court.

3. A perusal of the final order passed by the first respondent in S.A. No.9092/SCIC/2022 dated 12.11.2024 indicates that, in compliance with the direction issued by the first respondent, the third respondent furnished the required information to the petitioner and produced the acknowledgment signed by the petitioner before the first respondent. 2/4

4. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the information furnished by the third respondent, or if she is aggrieved by the final order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the first respondent, it is open to her to explore the other remedies available under law.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
