Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take further action in pursuance to the notice issued by him to the respondents No.2 to 6 in Na.Ka.No.1155/2017/F 1 dated 18.09.2017 in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Honble court.
