Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to conduct the Survey and demarcate the petitioners land in S.F.No.681/1A, situated at Sevugampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul Dist by considering the petitioners representation dated 18.09.2017 and in light of the circular issued by the 3rd respondent dated 05.04.2017 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honble Court. ORDER

This Court earlier passed an order in W.P.(MD)No.18718 of 2017 dated 09.10.2017 directing the Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2017, and pass appropriate orders in line with the direction already issued by the third respondent. Since no order has been passed, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the representation of the petitioner has been considered by the Tahsildar and order has been passed.

3.In view of the above submission that the order has been complied by the Tahsildar, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance over the order passed by the Tahsildar, it is always open to the petitioner to proceed further in the manner known to law.
