Respondents PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.01/U.Aa/Si.Ma.Ka/2025, dated 30.08.2025 and quash the same as illegal and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant permission to the petitioner's party to stage the demonstration on 11.09.2025 at about 11.30 am at Tharagampatti Bazaar, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District. 1/4

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.01/U.Aa/Si.Ma.Ka/2025, dated 30.08.2025 and quash the same and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant permission to the petitioner's party to stage the demonstration on 11.09.2025, at Tharagampatti Bazaar, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that since Immanuvel Sekaran's Gurupoojai is being conducted today (ie.11.09.2025), the permission cannot be granted for the petitioner to stage a demonstration. However, the petitioner may send a fresh representation giving an alternative date and the same would be considered favorably by the respondents.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner within a period of three days from the date of receipt of the representation.
