ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 427, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC read with Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Crime No.254 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by order dated 20.09.2023, stating that the petitioner alleged to have used country bomb and joined hands with the coaccused. This petition came to be filed, with no change of circumstances.

3. Considering the grievous nature of the offences committed by the petitioner, this Court is not entitled to grant relief to the petitioner.
