ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey is proposed to be conducted on 29.07.2024. It is further submitted that if the survey exercise reveals any encroachment, they shall be cleared by adhering to due process of law. Before conducting survey, notices shall be issued to all the interested persons. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
