[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to appoint a fit person to manage the properties of the temple and safeguard the interest of the public and subsequently directing the second respondent to take over all the temples under direct management of the H.R. & C.E.Department.

2. The Joint Commissioner, H.R. & C.E.Department has filed a counter affidavit stating that the Assistant Commissioner, H.R. & C.E.Department, Tiruchirappalli, has appointed the Executive Officer of Arulmigu Nallandavar Temple, Manapparai, as the Fit Person to Arulmigu Semmalai Kannimar Temple, Arulmigu Mariamman Tempe and Arulmigu Karuppanna Swamy Temple, Kambalathupatti, Sekkanam Village, Manapparai Taluk, vide Proc.Rc.No.3988/2017 A.8, dated 23.10.2017 and the Fit Person has also assumed charge of the said Temples.
