ORDER

This Petition is filed to quash the impugned F.I.R registered for the offences under Section 417, 420, 120B and 506(i) I.P.C. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has now been completed and the final report would be filed within a period of one week.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R. at this stage. The first respondent is directed to file the final report within the one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, she may challenge the same, in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
