from in any way preventing the petitioner attending the 3rd and 4th year B.Sc. Nursing Classes conducted by the 4th respondent and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to sit for the examination conducted by the 2nd respondent scheduled from 21.08.2017 and the arrear exams scheduled on 01.09.2017 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2017.

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4-College had produced the Transfer Certificate, which has been issued by the respondent-College at the request of the petitioner. He had also produced the acknowledgement given by the petitioner for receiving the original documents that had been submitted by her during the time of admission along with the mark statement for the first and second years.

2. In view that the petitioner herself had left the College as early as in the year 2018, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
