This petition is filed for an early disposal of O.S.No.84 of 2016, pending on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the above suit in O.S.No.84 of 2016, before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal, for the relief of injunction. The respondents have also filed written statements as early as on 22.12.2016. However, the suit is kept pending without any progress. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal to dispose of O.S.No.84 of 2016 at the earliest. 3.This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

4. It is seen from the records that though the suit has been filed in the year 2016, due to filing of numerous interlocutory applications, the trial could not be completed by the trial Court. 2/4

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and taking into consideration of the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2016, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal to dispose of O.S.No.84 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
