PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.3 to give the adequate Police protection to fencing the petitioner's Patta land in Survey No.180/1H for an extent of 46 cents situated at M.Pudupatti East Revenue Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2023. 1/4

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent No.3 to give the adequate Police protection for fencing the petitioner's Patta land in Survey No.180/1H to an extent of 46 cents situated at M.Pudupatti East Revenue Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the civil Court decree, the petitioner made representation, seeking Police protection, that is kept pending.

3. Since the representation is kept pending, in light of the civil Court decree, that is passed, the above said petition shall be enquired by the third respondent herein by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents and dispose the same within a week from the date of appearance of the parties.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
