PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor / respondent No.3 and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.17241 of 2017, dated 13.09.2017.

Prayer in WP(MD). 17241/ 2017 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus direction, directing the Respondents No.2 to 4 to cancel the wrong classification as natham vacant site made in S.No.300/2 and modify the same to the Patta land in the name of Petitioners father Arasaradiyan and consequently direct to provide the joint patta in the name of Petitioner and his brothers within the time period stipulated by this Court .

ORDER

This Court earlier passed an order in W.P.(MD)No.17241 of 2017 dated 13.09.2017 directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2017, on its own merits and in accordance with law. Since no order has been passed, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the representation of the petitioner has been considered by the Revenue Divisional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Officer and order has been passed in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.7994/2017m1 dated 07.03.2018.

3.In view of the above submission that the order has been complied by the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance over the order passed by the respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to proceed further in the manner known to law.
