This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to reconveyance the land, hospital building with all amenities situated in Survey No. 127/1 and 127/2, Poolankuruchi Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District to the petitioner and other legal heirs of the donar.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other legal heirs.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
