ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent to initiate proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., against the respondents 3 to 14.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent and the second respondent has not received any complaint or copy of the representation, dated 13.10.2022. 2/4

3.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to prefer a complaint before the second respondent.
