ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members who are all involved in cultivation of lands in S.No.56/5 Sundaram village Ponnamaravathi Taluk Pudukkottai for more than 40 years and also as per the order of the Tahsildar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ponnamaravathi Taluk Pudukkottai District dated 18/07/2011 and also on the basis of the complaint dated 23/07/2011. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
