Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.K.V.1/13160/2017 dated 19.05.2017 quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to return the amount of Rs. One Lakh twenty five thousand deposited by me with interest of 9% forthwith.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition alleging that the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court, dated 30.06.2017, passed in W.P.(MD).No.8192 of 2017. In the said order, this Court had directed the Contemnors / respondents herein to return a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the petitioner, after adjusting the amount to be payable, within a period of four weeks.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing proceedings in ROC.No.K.V.1/297/2017, dated 08.03.2018 and G.O.(D).No.78, Industries (MMC.2) Department, dated 26.04.2018 submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
