Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANKAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2589 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17315 of 2019, dated 29.03.2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He would further submit that trial has been commenced and thereby, the appearance of the petitioner shall not be required and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2589 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17315 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

of 2019, dated 29.03.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned on the hearing dates.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
