ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's son has filed a divorce petition against the sixth respondent when they were in abroad. He would further submit that the petitioner has already handed over the locker key and the jewels to the sixth respondent and that the investigation is pending.

3. In view of the above, the fourth respondent Police is directed to proceed with enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
