PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12031 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12031 of 2025, dated 21.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for nearly 35 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 35 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12031 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and 2/4

when required for interrogation.
