ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an Electrician Grade - I, who was working in the second respondent Municipality seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent to implement the orders of the first respondent, dated 21.03.2023 and the consequential order of the second respondent, dated 24.03.2023.
2. The appointment of the writ petitioner as Electrician Grade - I was ratified by the order of the first respondent, dated 21.03.2023 with effect from 28.12.1990. This ratification order was followed by the second respondent by issuing proceedings for releasing the increments by passing an order on 24.03.2023. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that though the second respondent has passed the consequential orders, he is yet to disburse the 2/5
monetary benefits as per its order, dated 24.03.2023. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to implement its order, dated 24.03.2023 and disburse the monetary benefits to the writ petitioner as per the said order, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
