ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to grant approval of the petitioner appointment as Assistant Professor (Physics) in the fourth respondent College.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the approval that had been originally sent were returned with certain queries and the fourth respondent also appears to have submitted his response to the queries raised by the third respondent as early as on 10.05.2024.

3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to forward the proposal to the second respondent if the same is in order within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the proposal of the third respondent, the 2/4

second respondent shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks therefrom.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
