Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the contemnors for their disobedience to the order of this Court made in W.P(MD) No.17799 of 2017 dated 06.12.2017.

Prayer in WP(MD).17799/ 2017 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to drop all further proceedings relating to loan accounts in KCC 63, KCC 94 and KCC 102 and consequently direct them to release the original partition deed registered in Doc.No. 705/1987 dated 14.06.1987 to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 18.07.2017 and 21.08.2017. Alleging that the order passed by this Court has been breached, the contempt petition came to be filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent Society informed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition(MD) No.384 of 2018 court that the petitioner's claim has been rejected. Hence, the contempt petition is closed with the liberty to challenge the said communication of the second respondent. The Standing Counsel for the second respondent is now put on notice that as and when the petitioner files writ petition, he will be given advance notice. The Writ petition will be disposed of at the admission stage itself. The second respondent may get advance instructions.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the Contempt Petition is closed.
