Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SIVASUBRAMANIAN A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19046 of 2022 by order dated 27.10.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.15668 of 2022 respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on first and third Saturday of every English Calender month until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
