Alleging non-compliance of the Order, dated 21.07.2017 passed in W.P.(MD) No.13552 of 2017 dated 21.07.2017, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor has produced before this Court the proceedings, dated 28.06.2019 in reference No.e.f. vz; : 31058/2016/m1 and he submitted that the Order of this Court dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

21.07.2017 has been complied with. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the above said proceedings, if he is aggrieved.

3. In view of the above said statement, this Contempt Petition is closed.
