ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petition mentioned lorries were involved in a case arising under the Essential Commodities Act. They were seized and also confiscated.

3. The petitioner is ready to pay the market value of the vehicles in lieu of their confiscation. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that the market value of the vehicles have been subsequently revised. On the petitioner making the said payment, the second respondent is directed to release and hand over the same to the writ petitioner.
