Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in A.Thi.Mu.No.1988/A1/2016 dated 14.10.2016 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner from the date of appointment i.e., from 05.12.2014 and confer all the consequential benefits.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court, vide order dated 18.11.2016, directed the 3rd respondent/2nd respondent herein to consider the proposal sent by the 4th respondent School, seeking approval of the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher, in the light of the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court passed in W.A.(MD)Nos.639 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD)No.40 of 2018 2015, etc., dated 17.06.2015 and to pass the order of approval, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is further submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court, the proposal sent by the School was considered and an order was passed on 19.01.2018.
