The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Karur to expedite the trial in O.S.No.30 of 2024 on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.Considering the limited relief sought for in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents shall stand dispensed with.

3. From the B Diary extract, it is seen that there have been repeated adjournments for framing of issues and also taking into account the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues are yet to be framed, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Karur to frame issues in the suit in O.S.No.30 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and dispose of the suit within a period of six months thereafter.
