ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, seeking to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 6306/M3/2015, dated 06.04.2017 and consequently, to directthe first respondent to deploy the fifth respondent in the BT Assistant (tamil) 2/5
Post.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.J.Ashok, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that the petitioner sent a letter to the District Chief Education Officer, Thuthukudi, stating that he is getting full salary and now, working at Antoniyar Higher Secondary School. Therefore, he wants to terminate the proceedings in W.P(MD)No. 15063 of 2017.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not able to contact the petitioner and he has no instruction from the petitioner. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 05.08.2022, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner made the same representation and he sought time for getting instructions from the petitioner with regard to the letter sent by the petitioner to the Chief Educational Officer. 5.In the light of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the production of original letter submitted by the 3/5
petitioner along with the letter of the Chief Education Officer, Thoothukudi, this Court comes to the conclusion that the petitioner does not want to proceed with this petition and he wants to terminate the proceedings in this petition.
