2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7332 of 2024, dated 08.08.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for a period of thirteen weeks

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7332 of 2024, dated 08.08.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all dates of hearing without fail.
