ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. Though the third respondent has been served, there is appearance on their behalf.

2.The petitioner is the owner of the lands comprised in S.F.No.20/1B, 18/B1 and 18/B2. Lines have been drawn over these lands and towers have also been installed. The petitioner has been paid some compensation in respect of land in S.F.No.20/1B. But he was not furnished with award copy. Unless award copy is furnished, the petitioner cannot approach the Court for enhancement. The first respondent is directed to furnish copy of the award to the petitioner so that the petitioner can avail the remedies open to him. 3.As regards, the lands in S.F.Nos.18/B1 and 18/B2, neither compensation has been paid nor award passed. The first respondent is directed to determine the compensation payable to the writ petitioner on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law and also furnish award copy. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
