The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case in D.O.P.No.625 of 2025 pending on the file of the Family Court, Salem and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties entered into compromise and on that basis the above petition in D.O.P.No.625 of 2025 was disposed of and that therefore, nothing remains to be decided in the present petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
