O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the complaint of the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.410 of 2023.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent herein and co-operate with him to complete process of enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any trouble arises, during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
