When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 29.11.2023 there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, this matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Accordingly this writ petition is listed today under the caption for dismissal. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondents submit that this writ petition is filed challenging the tender notice dated 03.08.2017 and the tender was confirmed in the year 2017 and the work was also 2/4

completed. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.Perusal of the records shows that the tender of the year 2017 is challenged in this writ petition and it was confirmed in the year 2017. Since it is reported that the work has been completed, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
