Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the 4th respondent to communicate with the Embassy of India, Helsinki, Finland to renew and issue a fresh passport with actual validity and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Mr.M.Satheeshkumar, Advocate for the third respondent, and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate(Criminal Side), for the first and second respondents, and Mrs.L.Victoria Gowri, ASG for the fourth and fifth respondent and this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed for directing the fourth respondent to communicate to the Indian Embassy at Helsinki, Finland, to renew and issue the petitioner's passport.

2. The petitioner's counsel gives an undertaking that he will enter appearance on behalf of the petitioner in D.V.C.No.13 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

3. It is made clear that the validity of the period will be restricted to 18 months from the date of issue subject to the aforesaid stipulations. The fourth respondent is directed to communicate to the Indian Embassy, at Helsinki, Finland, to renew and issue the petitioner's passport without any delay.

4. This petition is allowed.
