KAVITHA ... 2ND RESPONDENT/DEFATO COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13984 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022 in so far as to appear before the Inspector of Police, Melur Police Station.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALAJI A, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13984 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13984 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week, thereafter, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week, thereafter, as and when required.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
