ORDER

The writ petition is dismissed in the light of the fact that the G.O.Ms.No.80, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 30.06.2014, under which a revision has taken place has not been challenged.

2. That apart, in a batch of writ petitions, the same had been challenged and ultimately in the light of the issue of G.O.Ms.No.4, Information Technology Department dated 25.01.2022, the writ petitions therein were disposed with the following order:- "In respect of the arrears, it is brought to our notice that separate Writ Petitions are filed. Thus, parties are to workout their remedy in accordance with law. That being the factum, no further adjudication is required in these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed."

3. Therefore, the challenge to G.O.Ms.No.80, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 30.06.2014 is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
