No.SCN/320623865/25 dated 30.01.2025 passed by the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the respondent No.1 to renewal the passport to the petitioner forthwith based on his application in File No. MD9077241991924 dated 24.12.2024 within time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice in Letter Ref. No. SCN/320623865/25 dated 30.01.2025 issued by the first respondent and seeking a consequential direction to renew the petitioner's passport based on his application in File No. MD9077241991924 dated 24.12.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already given his explanation to the impugned show cause notice.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the said explanation shall be considered by the respondent and a final order shall be passed in accordance with law.
