O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents to produce the person or body of my husband namely Ramamoorthy aged about 47 years and set him liberty

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the brother of the third respondent has taken the petitioner's husband for employment and her husband has been missing since 18.10.2019 and she would also submit that she had given a complaint to the first respondent on 30.10.2019 and sofar no steps have been taken to find her husband.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is true that the husband of the petitioner went for employment and during enquiry it reveals that while the husband of the petitioner and the brother of the third respondent were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19339 of 2019 travelling from Nagpur to Raipur by train the petitioner's husband has been missing. In respect of which a case has been registered by the Nagpur Railway Police and investigation is going on.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Further if there is any progress in the case, the respondent police is directed to intimate the same to the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
