ORDER

It is wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion as Crime No.385 of 2024 instead of Crime No.385 of 2022. hence, this Court directs the registry to suo motu make correction in this regard.

2. This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to file the final report in Crime.No.385/2022 on the file of the Aranthangi Police Station, Pudukottai District.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Today, M.Bhuvaneswaran, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, is present before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.385 of 2022 is almost over and the final report will be filed within two months.

5. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to file the final 2/4

report in Crime.No.385 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
