ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P. (MD).No.11032 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025.

2. Since the respondent has subsequently conducted enquiry and closed the complaint, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the contempt petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The respondent shall forthwith communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if so advised.
