PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law, on basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.10.2023.

Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law, on basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.10.2023.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by one Ansari, who is the fourth respondent herein, the petitioner was called for enquiry. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner gave an undertaking that he and one Senthil Nathan will settle the issue.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was doing mediation work between the original complainant and the 2/4

fifth respondent herein. Only on that ground, he was called for enquiry.

4. Even the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under force only the above said undertaking obtained. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and give another statement. Let the above said enquiry be completed within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said directions and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
