O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.576 of 2018 dated 12.01.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 12.01.2018, the respondent police has conducted an enquiry and closed the said complaint stating that the entire allegations are 'civil in nature' and also directed the parties to approach the civil Court.
