ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.307 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate points out that the petitioner had instigated the commission of the crime. 4.Since there is specific allegation against the petitioner and since it is a case of murder, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner has to necessarily surrender before the Court concerned and apply for regular bail.
