ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein from in any manner not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioner's possession and enjoyment under the guise of enquiry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had taken lease of property belonging to the fourth respondent; that the fourth respondent and the petitioner entered into a sale agreement in respect of the adjacent property, that he had been proceeding with construction and that the fourth respondent has subsequently sold the property to one Sundaramahalingam and that the petitioner has been harassing by them.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would 2/4

submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR. No.905 of 2022, dated 02.12.2022 has been registered and on the basis of the complaint lodged by Sundaramahalingam, who is the subsequent purchaser from the respondents 3 and 4, CSR.No.912 of 2022 came to be registered. He would further submit that since it is a civil dispute, they will proceed to close the complaint.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 14.12.2022 Index :
