ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 19.06.2025 bearing Na.Ka.No.2454/2024/A2 passed by the third respondent. Through the impugned order, the third respondent cancelled the Legal Heir Certificate issued to the petitioner on the ground that the father of the deceased, who is the fourth respondent, had not been included.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was informed that the official respondents have now issued the Legal Heir Certificate as required, and the father of the deceased has also been included as Clause No.I, though he is a Class-II legal heir.

3. Considering the fact that the Legal Heir Certificate has been issued, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
