ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein to 1/4

expedite the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2018, dated 15.08.2018 and file a final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 14.12.2022) the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is almost completed and they are going to file a charge sheet before the concerned Court shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.201 of 2018 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
